Form of order of suspension under Rule 8 (1) of the Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules 1991

Sub: Public Services APSESS - Sri Y.Prabhakar, Secondary Grade Teacher, M.P.P. School (SC), Ganugapenta Village, Kondapuram Mandal of SPSR Nellore District - Misbehaved with Sri M.Naresh, Welfare and Education assistant at the time of MDM Visit and dereliction of duties - Suspension from Service - Orders - Issued.

ORDERS:

Whereas it has come to the notice of the under signed who is the competent authority. alleging that Sri Y.Prabhakar, Secondary Grade Teacher, M.P.P. School (SC), Ganugapenta Village, Kondapuram Mandal of SPSR Nellore District wass served MDM without following timetable as per the Govt. rules and not delivered Chikkis at the time of meal and Misbehaved with Sri M.Naresh, Welfare and Education assistant at the time of MDM Visit which is as a part of his duties and intimidating him at the time of visit.It shows dereliction of duties which attracts to the disciplinary action as per CCA Rules And whereas disciplinary proceedings against Sri Y.Prabhakar, Secondary Grade Teacher, M.P.P. School (SC), Ganugapenta Village, Kondapuram Mandal are contemplated.

Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub rule (1) of Rule 08 of APCS (CCA) Rules 1991 the undersigned here by places the said Sri Y.Prabhakar, Secondary Grade Teacher, M.P.P. School (SC), Ganugapenta Village, Kondapuram Mandal, SPSR Nellore District under suspension from the date of communication of these orders and he shall continue to be under suspension until the conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings/ of all proceedings relating to the charges.

It is further ordered that during the period of this order remains in force Sri Y.Prabhakar, Secondary Grade Teacher, M.P.P. School (SC), Ganugapenta Village, Kondapuram Mandal, SPSR Nellore District shall be at Nagasamudram BC, Kaligiri Mandal, SPSR Nellore District and the said Sri Y.Prabhakar, Secondary Grade Teacher, M.P.P. School (SC), Ganugapenta Village, Kondapuram Mandal, SPSR Nellore District shall not leave the headquarters without obtaining the prior permission of the undersigned.

It is further ordered that during the period of suspension of Sri Y.Prabhakar, Secondary Grade Teacher, M.P.P. School (SC), Ganugapenta Village, Kondapuram Mandal, SPSR Nellore District is shall be paid subsistence allowance equivalent to the leave salary on half pay leave. The DA and other compensatory allowance shall be paid along with subsistence allowance. The quantum of subsistence allowance will be reviewed in terms of FR 53 Rule (i) after three months pending review he shall continue to draw the subsistence allowance now sanction.

The receipt of these proceedings shall be acknowledged.
