Teacher Information System Latest Instructions and TIS User Manual

Sub: School Education Update the information and service particulars of the SGT/PETS and equivalent cadre /SAs and Headmasters Gr II in Teacher Information System (TIS) in the C.S.E. website Instructions Issued - Regarding.

Ref: Webinar instructions dated. 10.02.2022 of the O/o the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amaravati.

All the Deputy Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers in the district are hereby instructed to issue necessary instructions to the Headmasters. regarding update the information and service particulars of the SGT/SAS and Headmasters Gr II in Teacher Information System (TIS) in the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amaravati website https://studentinfo.ap.gov.in/EMS/ on or before 25.02.2022 and follow bellow instructions.

Steps:

a. click on https://studentinfo.ap.gov.in/EMS/

b. Enter User Id: Your 7 digit treasury code:

c. Enter Default password: guest

d. Enter the verification code

e. Click on Login f. Change password.

1. All the teachers particulars should be updated in the Teacher Information System (TIS) along with qualifications as on date. 

2. The Mandal Educational officers / Headmaster are instructed to monitor and verify the update information of teachers who are working in their control in their respective logins.

3. This site will be freeze on 25.02.2022 by 5.00 PM. 

4. There is no provision to update the information in Teacher Information System (TIS) in the Commissioner of School Education, AP, Amaravati portal after 25.02.2022. 

5. If any wrong information in uploaded by the teacher in the TIS, concerned teacher will be held responsible and appropriate action will be taken as per rules.

6. Information in respect of teachers who are kept under suspension /unauthorize absentees ALSO SHOULD BE UPDATED IN tis.

Hence, all the Deputy Educational Officers / Mandal Educational Officers in the district are hereby instructed to communicate the above instructions to the teachers who are working in their jurisdiction with instructions to take immediate necessary action in the matter without fail and issue vide publicity to the teachers.

Treat this item as most urgent. Deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously.
