Priority Items to be observed by Collectors during Summer Vacation

Dear Collectors, DEOs, DVOs,

Please recall the instructions by CS sir, regarding the focus area for  School Education Department for the next 45days

Keeping the priorities  in mind, during my visits to the districts, I would like to Inspect/ Interact with the following:-

• a) Inspection of the  Nadu-Nedu work.
• b) Inspection of stock  points of Jagananna Vidhya Kanuka materials.
• c) Interaction with the students who have passed Class 10th in March 2022 and are not enrolled anywhere.
• d) Interaction with out-of-school children, whom we have to train and enroll in appropriate Classes on June 12th.
• e) Inspection of special coaching runing  for 11th and 12th failed students.

Friends, the only way to get quality results in the above-mentioned subjects is to use Village and Ward Secretariat staff along with volunteers apart from the School Education Department staff.

Request the Collectors, to guide the  Education Department staff accordingly.

 రాబోయే 45 రోజుల పాటు పాఠశాల విద్యా శాఖ దృష్టి కేంద్రీకరించే ప్రదేశానికి సంబంధించి CS సర్ సూచనలను దయచేసి గుర్తుకు తెచ్చుకోండి

 ప్రాధాన్యాలను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని, నేను జిల్లాల పర్యటనల సమయంలో, నేను ఈ క్రింది వాటిని తనిఖీ/సంభాషించాలనుకుంటున్నాను:-

• ఎ) నాడు-నేడు పనుల పరిశీలన.
•  b) జగనన్న విద్యా కానుక సామాగ్రి స్టాక్ పాయింట్ల తనిఖీ.
•  సి) మార్చి 2022లో 10వ తరగతి ఉత్తీర్ణులై, ఎక్కడా నమోదు చేసుకోని విద్యార్థులతో పరస్పర చర్య.
•  d) జూన్ 12వ తేదీన మేము శిక్షణ పొంది తగిన తరగతుల్లో నమోదు చేసుకోవలసిన బడి బయట పిల్లలతో పరస్పర చర్య.
• ఇ) 11వ మరియు 12వ తరగతి ఫెయిల్ అయిన విద్యార్థుల కోసం ప్రత్యేక కోచింగ్ రన్నింగ్ తనిఖీ.

 మిత్రులారా, పైన పేర్కొన్న సబ్జెక్టులలో నాణ్యమైన ఫలితాలను పొందడానికి ఏకైక మార్గం పాఠశాల విద్యా శాఖ సిబ్బందితో పాటు వాలంటీర్లతో పాటు గ్రామ మరియు వార్డు సచివాలయ సిబ్బందిని ఉపయోగించడం.

 కలెక్టర్లు, విద్యాశాఖ సిబ్బందికి తదనుగుణంగా మార్గనిర్దేశం చేయాలని అభ్యర్థించండి.
