The kind attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Ofcers in the state is invited to the reference read above, where in Ministry of Defence Govt. of India has conducted Veer Gatha Project Edition-2 Competitions throughout the country for students studying from classes 3rd to 12th in diferent Projects such as poem/paragraph /story /drawing /video/painting.

2. Accordingly, out of the 484 entries 2 (two) students are selected from our state. The details of the students selected from our state is as follows:

3.Further it is informed that as per the reference 2nd cited the Department of Defence, Ministry of Defence has decided to conduct the felicitation event of the winners scheduled to be held on 25 th January,2023 at 12.30 PM at NIDEM Auditorium, Raksha Sampada Bhawan, 1,UllanBatar road, Delhi Cantonment, New Delhi. With the kind consent of Hon’ble Raksha Mantri, the event will also be graced by Hon’ble Education Minister, Hon’ble Raksha Rajya Mantri and other senior dignitaries of MoD as well as MoE.

4.In this regard the state is requested to ensure participation of all CBSE / SCERTs Schools across the state to join Full Dress rehearsal (24.01.2023) and Live Event (25.01.2023) through Video Conferencing.

This live feed of school’s participation will be telecasted in the event.

5.Therefore,all the RJDSEs and DEOs are requested to disseminate the said information to all schools under their jurisdiction to participate in the event. The SoP is annexed here with for navigation to follow the programme.
