Model Schools Society for the Financial year 2022-2023– Request – Regarding.

I invite kind attention to the references cited. The Government vide ref.1st cited have been accorded permission for (5074) posts in various categories by way of out sourcing in United Andhra Pradesh. After bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, the posts have been bifurcated and (2349) posts allotted as A.P. Cadre strength under various Categories.

The Government vide the ref.2nd cited, have been accord permission to convert the Physical Directors (out of 2349 outsourcing personnel) working in A.P. Model Schools Society from “Outsourcing basis” to “Contract basis”. So the total (164) Physical Directors working under A.P. Model Schools Society have been converted from “Outsourcing” to “Contract basis”. Hence the total cadre strength of outsourcing Employees is (2185) and contract Employees is (164).

Further it is submitted that, the remuneration of the Physical Directors(164), who are newly converted from “Outsourcing basis“ to “Contract basis” is to be drawn under the HOA: 2022-02-109-11-06-300/301,which is new head of account to A.P. Model Schools Society. Due to this, we are unable to draw the Remuneration of (164) Physical Directors. The Detailed Head/Sub-Detailed Head 300/301 is an un- controlled item as per budget guide lines 2022-23 for issue of CBRO. Approximately an amount of Rs.1005.40 lakhs (Annexure enclosed) are required towards payment of (164) Physical Directors remuneration for the F/Y 2022-23( including diference amount of remuneration from 01/2022 to 03/2022).

Hence, the Government is requested i) to create and allot a New Head of Account:2202-02-109-11-06-300-301 (Individual Contract Employees) ii) to allot token provision and sanction appropriate budget amount of Rs.1005.40 lakhs under the HOA:2022-02-109-11-06-300/301 to incur the expenditure under (Individual Contract Employees) remuneration for the Financial Year 2022-23.
