Housing Department - APSHCL — Navaratnalu- Pedalandariki Illu — Rs.35,000/- additional loan from the banks to housing beneficiaries at 3% interest rate - Administrative Sanction accorded — Orders

NOTIFICATION

Pedalandariki Illu — Housing for All is one of the main flagship programme of the Government under Navaratnalu. Government, vide references Ist and 2nd read above, have accorded administrative Sanction for 15.60 lakh houses with a unit cost of Rs.1.80 lakh to each beneficiary for construction of house.

2. The Managing Director, A.P. State Housing Corporation Limited, vide reference 3 read above, has sought for approval of Rs.35,000/- additional loan from the banks for housing beneficiaries at 3% interest rate for facilitating early completion of the houses.

3: Government, after careful and detailed examination of the facts and circumstances stated by the Managing Director, A.P. State Housing Corporation Limited in the reference 3" read above, hereby accord administrative sanction for Rs.35,000/- addtional loan from the banks to housing beneficiaries at 3% interest rate.

4. The Managing Director, A.P. State Housing Corporation Limited, shall take necessary further action in the matter, accordingly.

5. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide their U.O. No. FINO1- FMUOPC (WCDS)/98/2021-FMU-WDCWLETFH, dated:14.09.2021 (Computer No. 1507664).
