3 4	19th to 26th June 2023	Mandal Level Teacher's Online Training (who are handling 3rd to 5th classes) Spell-1	Completed
	1st July to 7th July 2023	Mandal Level Teacher's Online Training (who are handling 3rd to 5th classes) Spell-2	Completed
5	11th July  2023	Monitoring of the programme by Trained teachers and CRPs proceedings for the same should be given by the concerned officials
6	12th July 2023	Proposal for TaRL testing tools printing and sent to the school point.
7	14th July to 15th July 2023	Conducting the Base line test at the school level by each trained teacher for Std.3 to 5
8	17th July 2023	Program rollout Should happen after conducting the Base line two sessions in each mandal half of the schools should conduct the class in the morning and remaining half schools should run the classes in the afternoon. So that Monitors can support at least two schools in a day. Relevant proceedings should be given by the concerned officials.
9	22nd July- 2023	Last date for uploading the Baseline data by teachers at school level through Govt. Provided Academic Monitoring application.
10	25th July- 2023	Proposal for TaRL Teaching Learning Material printing  and sent to the school point.
11	26th to 28th July- 2023	Base Line data Report sharing and review at state / district / mandal /school complex level
12	20th Nov- 2023	Midline test should be conducted to the children who are part of TaRL programme in all schools
13	30th Nov- 2023	Last date for uploading the Midline data by teachers at school level through Govt. Provided Academic Monitoring application.
14	5th Dec-2023	Mid Line data Report sharing and review at state/district/mandal/school complex level
15	26th Mar 2024	End line test should be conducted to the children who are part of TaRL programme in all schools
16	8th Apr- 2024	Last date for uploading the End line data by teachers at school level through Govt. Provided Academic Monitoring application.
17	15th Apr- 2024	End line Report sharing at various levels from school level to State Level.
18	Every month	Mandal-level review meeting every month Last week.- To discuss implementation challenges and success in TaRL implementation
