ORDER:

Government, after careful consideration of the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee in its meeting held on 31.08.2023, hereby approve and include the following names in the Panel of eligible District Educational Officers / Deputy Directors fit for promotion to the post of Joint Director/ Regional Joint Director of School Education under Category 2 of Class I of A.P. Educational Service for the Panel year 2022-23:

• B. Lingeswara Reddy Roster Point No. 67
• M. Sai Ram Roster Point No. 68 (Included but his promotion should be deferred until termination of the disciplinary/ criminal proceedings against him in terms of orders issued in G.O.Ms.No. 424, GAD, Dt. 25.05.1976 read with G.O.Ms.No.257, GAD, Dt. 10.06.1999.)
• Y.Raghava Reddy Roster Point No. 69
• R.S. Ganga Bhavani Roster Point No. 70

2. The above Panel is subject to directions/outcome OAS/WPS/WAS/RPS/CAS/SLPS etc., if any pending before Tribunal/ Courts etc.

3. The Commissioner of School Education, shall take further necessary action accordingly, in the matter. (BY ORDER AND IN THE NAME OF THE GOVERNOR OF ANDHRA PRADESH)
