ఉద్యోగులు విధులకు హాజరైన తర్వాత  విధినిర్వహణ మధ్యలో ఇతర  పనులు నిమిత్తం తాము పనిచేస్తున్న  కార్యాలయ పరిసరాలు దాటి బయటకు వెళ్లినట్లయితే తగిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాల్సిందిగా  ఆదేశిస్తూ ఫ్లయింగ్ స్క్వాడ్స్ ఏర్పాటుచేసి  ఆకస్మిక తనిఖీలు చేయవలసిందిగా ఉత్తర్వులు జారీచేసిన చిత్తూరు జిల్లా కలెక్టర్

Sub:- Public Services - Monitoring of working mode of employees in the District - Surprise Checking / Monitoring of Attendance of VSWS & other all departmental staff in Chittoor District - Appointed Flying squad teams -Orders - Issued.

2. G.O.Ms.No.159 GAD (PU-13) dept., dt.26.12.2022, Govt., of Vijayawada.
3. Instructions of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of AP during weekly reviews.

ORDER:

In according to the instructions received from the Govt., vide reference cited and as per the instructions given by the Hon’be Chief Minister of AP during weekly reviews, to observe the attendance in all Govt., organisations including Village/ Ward Secretariats & all Govt., offices of all departments, the flying squad Teams are hereby appointed.

The flying squad teams are hereby instructed to make surprise visits to the Village/ Ward Secretariats, offices of all Government departments in their allotted divisions and found the staff working / absentees as per attendance and movement registers in different office working hours and report the status.

The DLDO, Chittoor is directed to collect the reports from the flying squad teams through PMU staff and submit consolidated report to the District Collector, Chittoor through the District Revenue Officer, Chittoor / Chief Executive Officer, Chittoor.

The District Revenue Officer, Chittoor / Chief Executive Officer, Chittoor shall take responsible for over all monitoring the subject.
