The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the state is invited to the references read above, wherein orders were issued for appointment of 2193 candidates who were affected due to change in selection pattern for appointment to the post of SGTs as Secondary Grade Teachers on contract basis with Minimum Time Scale (MTS) with certain terms and conditions applicable to contract employees for a period of 10 Months in a Year.
Further all the District Educational Officers in the state are informed that the academic year 2021-22 has come to an end and vide reference 4th read above, instructions were issued to all the Regional Joint Director of School Education and all the District Educational Officers in the state declaring the summer vacation during the academic year 2021-22 wherein it was decided to run schools for the students upto 05th May 2022 duly declaring the summer vacation to the Students from 06th May 2022.
As such the services in respect of Secondary Grade Teachers appointed on contract basis with Minimum Time Scale (MTS) needs to be terminated w.e.f AN of 05.06.2022.
Therefore all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to terminate the Contractual agreement of the above teachers appointed on Minimum Time Scale on the AN of 05.06.2022.
The re-engagement for the year 2022-23 is subject to issue of further instruction from this office.
