Promotion Effective Date : ప్రమోషన్ పొందిన స్థానం లో చేరక పోయినా ఆ తేదీ నుండే సీనియారిటీ లెక్కింపు. అయితే పరిపాలనాపరమైన కారణాల వల్ల మాత్రమే ప్రమోషన్ పొందిన ఉద్యోగి తన స్థానం లో చేరడానికి అవకాశం లేనప్పుడు, అతను ప్రమోషన్ పొందిన తేదీ నుండే అతని సీనియారిటీ లెక్కించాలని స్పష్టమైన ఆదేశాలు అధికారులు ఇచ్చారు.

Krishna DEO Orders on Promotion Effective Date

In pursuance of the representation of the General Secretary, AP UTF, Krishna District Unit in the reference 1 cited, and as per instructions of the Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravathi in the reference 2nd cited, the District Educational Officer, Krishna, Machilipatnam is pleased to reckon the seniority of School Assistants who were promoted in the month of Oct 2005 but not relived to join in promotion post due to the administrative reasons and allowed to join duty in the month of Mar 2006 from date of their promotion i.e., in the month of Oct 2005 instead of from the date of joined duty in the month of Mar 2006 in the promotion post on the notional basis. This notional seniority will be counted for future promotions only without any monetary benefit.

The Head Masters of Government and Zilla Parishad High Schools concerned in the District are requested to verify the Service register including promotion orders issued by this office on production of the teacher concerned and make necessary entries to the service register of the incumbents to this effect after confirming the date of promotion i.e., Oct 2005 and submit compliance report to this office.

Read 1. Lr.Rc.No.104/(A3)B2/2021, dated:07.09.2021 of the District Educational Officer, SPSR Nellore district.

3.Representation of various teacher Associations with regard to placing promotees over DSC-2002/DSC-2003 candidates.

ORDER:

The District Educational Officer, SPSR Nellore and the all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education/ District Educational Officers in the State are invited to the references read above, wherein certain court cases filed by some teachers and representations received from the unions with regard to reckon the seniority of School Assistants (who were promoted but not relieved to join in the promoted posts on administrative reasons).

2) In the reference 3rd read above, instructions have been issued to the RJDSE, Visakhapatnam to reckon the seniority of petitioner in the post of School Assistant from the date of promotion instead of from the date of joining i.e., 10-03-2006 for future promotions only as administrative delay occurred due to court cases in relieving the individuals after their promotion.

3) Therefore, the District Educational Officer, SPSR Nellore and all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education/ District Educational Officers in the State are requested to reckon the seniority of School Assistants (who were promoted but not relieved to join in the promoted posts on administrative reasons) from the date of promotion instead of from the date of joining in the promoted post, for future promotions only as administrative delay occurred due to court cases in relieving the individuals after their promotion. This has got the approval of the Director of School Education, A.P.. Amaravati.
