The attention of the Deputy Educational Officers/Mandal Educational Officers Headmasters in the District is invited to the references read above wherein certain guidelines have been issued for optimal utilization of human resources for higher learning outcomes among students a part of academic and administrative reforms.

Accordingly, vide reference 4th cited, basing on the recommendations received from the filed functionaries, certain arrangements have been made in the District for mapping the students of 3,4,& 5 classes of Primary Schools (209) to the High Schools (204) of same management within the same compound/adjacent to the Compound /Below 250 Mts radius to become the part of High Schools with classes 3 to 10 and Primary School Teachers also mapped to the said High Schools with TPR 1:20 for I & Il Classes and other rules in vogue.

In the reference 6th cited, the Director of School Education, AP Amaravathihave issued revised guidelines for optimal utilization of infrastructural and human resources for higher learning outcomes among students duly considering TPR as 1:30 for Classes I & II & staff pattern in Mapped Highschool shall be one HM, one PET/SA(PE) along with 9 teachers (SA, PSHM or SGT) along with other norms therein.

Therefore, as per the guidelines of the Director of School Education, AP Amaravathi and basing on the proposals received from the MEOS, the teachers mentioned in ANNEXURE appended to these proceedings are hereby drafted to report before headmasters of the Schools mentioned against their names without fail and they are informed the shall be under the administrative control of the mapped High Schools Headmasters.

The Mandal Educational Officers & Heads of the Institutions are instructed to relive /admit teachers concerned immediately on the date of receipt of these orders with instructions to report before their new stations and furnish Reliving/joining reports to the Deputy Educational Officers Concerned.

The Deputy Educational Officers shall received the Reliving/joining reports from the MEOS/HMS/Teachers and shall furnish the divisional wise data to the undersigned. Further, they are instructed to furnish their detailed remarks on the grievances if any.

The salaries of the drafted teachers will be drawn and disbursed by the present DDOS as usual until further orders subject to receipt of the monthly duty certificate from the concerned Heads of the Institutions.

These orders shall come into force with immediate effect.
